Its back...

I don't know why, but I felt like bringing the blog back. I forgot I even had this one...last time I used it was July haha. Ok well yesterday, was like the coolest, yet busiest day of my life. I woke up at 6:30 (yes, on a saturday) and got ready for my track meet. It was near Waterloo and Seneca Falls, at New York Chiropractic College, which takes like an hour and half to get to. I fell asleep on bus with half of my body leaning on everyone's bags in the asile, and I woke up with a sore leg. The actual meet was just ok. I didn't do as well as I wanted to in racewalk, and that kind of scares me with Sectionals in 6 DAYS!!! On the way back home, I drank too much water, and we had to stop the bus so i could go to the bathroom. lol. at some point or another we got home, and my dad picked me up and we also picked my cousin michael up, and we drove back in the same direction, i had just come from to go see a Syracuse college basketball game. We picked up my brother too from his dorm in Rochester. Coolest time ever. We apparently had really cheap seats because our tickets said "long range view" that can never be good. I can't even explain how bad the seats were, it hurt my eyes to watch the game, so most of the time i watched on those moniters. They were trying to set a record for the most people in attendance for a college basketball game, which they did (33,199 people) so they were basically giving away tickets. My cousin's girlfriend sang the national anthem, which was one of the reasons we went. Syracuse played the worst I have ever seen before in my life. The score by the half was like 28-20, which is really low for college basketball. There was like 6 minutes left in the game and it was like 50-40, Syracuse was down. And I was like its over, we were ready to go. Then suddenly they started making all their foul shots, and tied the game 50-50. The place was going nuts, it was so awesome. They ended up winning like 60-57. So great. And then since my dad likes to park like a mile away so that he can get a good parking price, we started running to "beat the traffic" all I remember is my brother going nuts and yelling " 'cuse, 'cuse, 'cuse" and all of us just running for blocks to escape the other 33,000 people. At this point im pretty tired from my whole day, but then I got a second wind or something and I just started booking it to the car. I slept so well in the car.. Ahh..it was such a great day....

Vacation all I ever wanted...

Ok well I'm writing this the night before I leave for Tennessee, the night I wait for all year... I am so excited its gonna be great. However I will miss Lauren. Last year, Lauren brought me with her family to Flordia and I brought her to Tennessee with my family. But we already are a part of each other's families. And I'm also going to miss how much fun me, her, my brother Bryan and my cousin Colin all had together last year. My grandparents live in a huge house on a lake in tennessee, out in the middle of nowhere and there was so much to do...We go boating, swimming, tubing, play ping-pong, playing pool, and hours beyond hours of playing cards.... No really we did last year...Spit, Texas Hold 'em, Hearts and Euchre. It was a blast. Also its a 12-hour drive down there. Its pretty intense. Usually I just read, sleep, listen to music or watch DVDs, but last summer me and Lauren were playing Mancala, and Spit in the car (don't ask us how...lol...it was kinda hard tho) We had our music going. We both brought books. Lauren has some ultra- fast reading power...lol and we slept for awhile. And how my brother sleeps 90% of the ride, No I'm serious he woke up last year and we were in Kentucky.. lol...the kid is nuts he stays up for days and doesn't sleep, drinks a shitload of mountain dew and is just wired then passes out in the back... I might be boring a lot of you reading this. But Lauren I know you are smiling as u read this, well, I am too. Ok here are some of our insiders: Mr. Scraps! lol, Jumping out of the tree into the lake, "watch out for the fat mannnn." "is that the guy i'm supposed to be afraid of?!?" (death look from colin) "son of a whore" Lauren spending almost all of her money the first day there. My dad's skunk encounter.  "what the hell?!? HOLY SHITTT!!!!! as he comes mad dashing into the house" Ahh sooo many memories.... Next year Lauren, you gotta come back w/ us...

Well I am so excited to so my cousin and good friend Colin. He lives in California and I miss him soo much...and I only get to see him once a year. I feel like I am really close with him, I guess maybe we have a little in common. And also Madison, Tyler, Emily and Garrison. (my other littlier cousins) Madison is 6, Tyler is 4, Emily is 5 and Garrison is 2. Yes, I do remember their ages and birthdays... I love them soo much. they are ADORABLE and they also live in tennessee. any little kid u think is cute isn't compared to these kids...lol j/k.

I am officially pysched for this....

Ok well I'm out....I have to get up at 4 in the morning...ah!

NEVER watch scary movies with Jenn...

OH MY GOD....I am still trying to catch my breath. I just got home from Jenn's house, we watched What Lies Beneath with Michelle Pfeifer and Harrison Ford. It was FREAKIN SCARY. It was intense. and watching it with jenn didn't make things any better. She was having convulsions and going nuts on me. I think Jenn made me more scared just by freaking out. And I have come to the conclusion that the only thing that makes a scary movie is sudden movements...

Oh and ask jenn to show u her MAD DASH up the stairs and her MINI-SIEZURE at the top of the steps.  She does this quite frequently when shes terrified. It is pretty funny....lol....

AHHH more later...still trying to recover from this horror

I can never think of titles...

Today: Let me see, I woke up at like 1:00. I got ready and did some stuff and then went to work at 4:30. That was prety uneventful, except for the lady I work with found out that the blender work with the lid off, and she that found out the hard way... what a fricken mess...lol so anyways...after that i went home for a little bit and went to MSC with jenn...who i haven't seen in over A WEEK, she was off Rendezvousing at gymnastics camp. I would like to know what kind of summer camp has air-conditioned cabins?!?! So we hung out there for awhile and she had her usual strawberry smoothie and i had my usual iced mochaccino.

Yesterday: Again, I woke up at about 1 and I did like nothing all day. stayed in my pajamas till like 3 and then I watched my new DVD, Back to the Future PARTS 1, 2 AND 3!! Those are like my favorite movies of all time (possibly topping the lord of the rings...idk its close). "Doc, we dont have enough road to get up to 88 mph." "Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads." lol. "So make like a tree and get out" "Its leave you idiot, Its make like a tree and leave. You sound like a damn fool when u say it wrong" ^^some good lines... Lets see then I took a run at the track with my dad (2 miles).

Saturday: I went up to Rochester and with my brother and Lauren. Me and Lauren went to the movies and saw "A Cinderella Story" with Hilary Duff and Chad Michael Murray. That was such a good movie. I think Lauren was crying during it lol. AND CHAD MICHAEL MURRAY is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS. After that we went to the mall, where we spent only a couple hours there. But shopping is shopping and every minute is precious. I bought the Back to the Future DVD and some clothes...and LAUREN bought nothing. I was in shock, we were both in shock. But It was still fun...

COUNDOWN TO MY ADORABLE COUSINS (MADISON, TYLER, EMILY AND GARRISON) AND of course COLIN: 4 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait for this: Tennessee '04

More Interesting Stories...

Wow I haven't written in this thing in forever. Let me think of what has happened in the last two weeks or so. Well my grandparents came to visit. Which totally sucks because i always have to let them use my room, which leaves me on an air mattress in my parent's room. And when I finally get my room back it smells like old people. But after about 300 sprays of Bath and Body Works' Country Apple it goes away. lol well maybe thats a bit of an exaggeration seeing as my room is the size of my dad's office cubicle and that much perfume would KILL someone. Tonight I went to Main Street Coffee with Lauren and Amanda Torrey, that was cool. Except when you get those two together its like a volleyball fest and thats all they talk about and i'm sitting there like jesus christ wtf is the difference between an outside hitter from a blocker..and so on... But eventually we ended up talking about other stuff and reminiscing about everything me and lauren have ever done. lol we were some pretty crazy kids. Last weekend I went to my cousin, Ryan's grad party, and I played a whole lotta cards with my cousins, like Euchre and Texas hold 'em. I worked a lot this week cause another girl I work with was on vacation, that was so tiring and my feet hurt soooo bad. But the money is pretty good. Can't wait for the paycheck next week...ooohhh wait i'll be in tennessee (its actually warm there this summer) yayyy!!

Countdown to TENNESSEE: 7 days!!! I am so pysched to see my cousins: Madison, Tyler, Garrison, Emily and COLIN!!

Alright thats all i can think of for right now...laterrr

Some random stories from the past few days...

Wellll....As I write this I am babysitting, the kids are asleep and I'm bored. lol. I should go wake them up!! No, bad idea...So recently I haven't done much of anything. Saturday night I went over to Lauren's house, and we were planning on watching a movie, but then we found out that her neighbors were having a bon fire. So we wandered over there. I love her neighborhood because, you can do nething outside city limits. I guess I'm just used to the surroundings of the city. Even though I hardly call Batavia a city... So we sat around the bon fire and then played some game w/ her younger neighbors.... Ghost and the Graveyard, i think. Its like the opposite of Hide and Go Seek. It was pretty fun except when I ran into a car in the driveway, yes, the car was NOT MOVING, and I ran dead on into it, I guess I must have been so focused on the game that I completely missed the huge right in front of me. I kept running though, the kid who was chasing me was like omg...and stopped I lost him and then I think i made it safe, Anything to win and beat those 12 year olds!!! haha. Last night I went to the Olive Garden with my family, for my birthday dinner. I love the Olive Garden as me and Lauren always say "unlimited salad and breadsticks.." So last night was hilarious I was talking to Lauren and she said she was grounded and I asked her "what did u do this time" and her response was *********************** (censored by lauren...she told me to take it out...but if u want a good story ask her nicely and maybe she'll tell ya)...lol... I have never laughed so hard. that girl deserves some kind of award in comedy...im serious...the things she says...haha... My countdown till Vacation in Tennessee has officially begun... 17 days. Tennessee is the greatest place on earth, except for possibly, New York City... anyways it is beautiful and its always hot there. And I get to see my cousins; Madison, Tyler, Emily, and Garrison...I love them... mmm I can't wait...

My Birthday!!

Today is my birthday!!! I turned 17 at 12:22 p.m. today, too bad I had to work a long shift, from 7 am – 2 pm, it wasn’t THAT bad but I would much rather be sleeping.

Wednesday, Jenn and me went to the mall w/ my mom to shop for each other’s gifts. Her birthday is June 28 and mine is July 2 -so close to each other, so we celebrated out birthdays together (in the middle: June 30th). We ate lunch at Ruby Tuesdays, they have the most awesome salad bar…and we told my mom to tell our waitress it was out birthdays...she said that they would give us a sundae, but they would have to sing. However, to our disappointments, they didn’t sing lol. Anyways I picked out the Elton John Greatest hits for my present and she picked out the Beyonce DVD and some other little things for hers. And then we went crazy at Forever 21 and bought lots of clothes. After we shopped I went to work… and I felt horrible…like I was coming down w/ a cold.

Thursday, I was a major bum; I stayed in my pajamas ALL day because I felt crappy. I hate having bad colds. I watched an un-godly amount of tv… the shows I watched include: Matlock, Little House on the Prairie, Family Matters, Step by Step, the Munsters, Seinfeld, CBS Nightly News, Entertainment Tonight, Jeopardy, Friends and Will and Grace. Haha that’s a little excessive… But the intention was to rest up for my BIRTHDAY!!!!

Today,I woke up at like 6 this morning and worked for 7 hours. My boss brought in an ice cream cake (I think she felt bad for making me work) and I celebrated with a bunch of old volunteer ladies that I have never met before, but they seemed nice. Then I went out for coffee with my mom and my grandma. Later, we celebrated my birthday with cake and PRESENTS and my family, my grandparents, and Lauren were all here. After me and Lauren went out on my trampoline and after about 10 minutes of talking to my grandma, we persuaded her to jump on it too…lol…she was screaming and she wouldn’t bounce as high as to let her feet of the surface. Just picture a 77-year-old (she’s very healthy tho) jumping with two teenagers on a trampoline. It was hilarious… And then we passed on the OPI story…hahah Lauren…It was definitely a wonderful birthday…

Summer is wonderful...

So today is tuesday...Yesterday was jenn's birthday...which was veryyy fun...i went out to eat w/ her mom and dad and her for her b-day dinner at alex's place, and then we took the five hour course. i actually expected it to be more boring than it was...even tho it was long. Tonight I have the last three hours of it and hopefully i will pass the test lol the guy teaching it keeps us awake w/ his extremely LOUD voice and excessive use of visuals lol (my purse)....After me and jenn went to see The Day After Tomorrow, which we were going to see w/ lauren but she bailed bc she was "tired" lol jk lauren. Lauren returned from her 5 day volleyball extravaganza in Texas...even tho it sounds more like a vacation than a v-ball tourney...So me and jenn went to the good old Dipson theaters...aka Batavia's mall movie theater. Anyways, i have wanted to see this movie for like a month, it was awesome. the first reason i wanted to see it was bc it mostly took place in Manhattan...and as you all know i love new york city... and i also wanted to see it bc it had a pretty good story line and great special effects.

Today I did absolutely nothing except for watching some tv and reading the Lord of the rings, which I am still trying to finish, and I'm only on the Two towers. I have been reading off and on since Christmas... I need to finish this book before summer is over... Speaking of summer i couldn't be happier that its FINALLY here...this year was way too long...and i need a break. I went to graduation on Sunday to be usher for NHS and to watch my cousin, ryan, graduate. I think i'm really gonna miss the senior class from this year and next year it will be my turn...i think i'm finally beginning to realize that next year leaving high school is going to be harder than i thought...

Ok well i have to go study for this 5 hour course thing...theres a test at the end!!
